Terms of Service

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.2. "Customer" means an individual who:

  • Has contacted us through any means to find out more about our services
  • May have, or has, entered into a contract with us for the supply of any services

1.3. "Store Owner" means any person or entity that creates a store using our Service

2. External Services and Third-Party Platforms

2.1. External Service Usage

  • Our Service integrates with external services including but not limited to:
    • WhatsApp for communication and order placement
    • Google for authentication
    • Other third-party services that may be added in the future
  • By using our Service, you explicitly agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these external services
  • You acknowledge that we have no control over these external services
  • We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of these external services

2.2. WhatsApp Integration

  • You understand that WhatsApp is a crucial component of our Service
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp
  • Any issues with WhatsApp service are beyond our control
  • You agree to comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and policies
  • We are not responsible for any WhatsApp-related issues including:
    • Message delivery failures
    • Service interruptions
    • Changes in WhatsApp's features or policies
    • Any costs associated with using WhatsApp

3. Store Owner Responsibilities

3.1. Account Responsibility

  • When you create an Account, you become the contracting party ("Store Owner")
  • You are authorized to use the Account and must ensure your store displays accurate information
  • You must provide valid contact information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2. Business Operation

  • You are solely responsible for your store's operation
  • You must handle all transactions and customer interactions
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You are responsible for managing and processing your own payments
  • Any payment QR codes or payment details you upload are your responsibility
  • You are responsible for all customer service and support
  • You must handle all customer disputes and refunds

4. Payments and Transactions

4.1. Payment Processing

  • We do not process any payments
  • Store owners are responsible for managing their own payment collection
  • Any payment QR codes or payment information displayed in stores are managed by store owners
  • We are not responsible for any payment-related issues or disputes
  • Any transaction fees or charges from payment providers are the store owner's responsibility
  • We have no visibility into or control over payment transactions

4.2. Tax Responsibility

  • You are responsible for any taxes associated with your Store's operations
  • You must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations
  • We are not responsible for tax collection, reporting, or compliance

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your content remains your property
  • You grant us license to use and publish your content
  • You are responsible for content you upload
  • We retain all rights to our Service and technology

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature of our Service
  • Change terms of this Agreement
  • Refuse service to anyone
  • Set limits on Service usage

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement

7.2. Upon termination:

  • Services will cease
  • Your store will be deactivated
  • You remain responsible for any obligations incurred

7.3. We may terminate or suspend service without notice for violations of this Agreement
